I failed because my mind would tell me i was missing processed food and because these foods are so easy to get & cheap. I am back on low carb but doing it in a slightly vegetarian way. I love it don’t know why i left. the appitie control is amazing.
Great!
I think also people rely on the scale and not the measurements. They see the scale not move or even gain and they get discouraged! I know because it happened to me. Im on day 19 and sticking with it. 47 more to go!!!!!
That’s is incredible!! Congratulations! It is inspiring to here other peoples successes.
Thank God I wasn’t one of those who failed. I’ve lost over 120 pounds and I couldn’t b e happier…
Congratulations on your 30lb fat loss!
Great video, I agree 100% I went off and on a few times before really taking it serious…now I am doing it for life and am 30 pounds lighter…woohoo..I have researched recipes, and am making my eating healthier, which in doing so has shed pounds….
I cant even imagine eating those horrible high carb foods anymore, the thought of it literally makes me ill..Thanks for the video!
Absolutely! If you don’t stick to it, then you WON’T be a success. It kills me how people complain about the diet failing them when they say they went “off the diet.” DUH! Of course you’re gonna GAIN weight. Make it a permanent and healthy lifestyle change and you WILL succeed. AWESOME VIDEO!
Thank you for feedback. I agree that a stall may be a bit frustrating. I have had that happen to me as well. I stuck through it and the weight did start going down again. It is good to find support and inspiration during those times.
Great video! Usually the reason I see is people either get discouraged by one or two bad weeks where the weight is stubborn and combine that with potentially eating rut of not trying to find new things to cook I see people falling away. Low carb takes a bit more commitment as well starting up, and for most, it isn’t something to ease into it. Again great video, and I look forward to more of them.
