Exclusively Fruit is not natural or Healthy ! We now have alot of evidence from the long time Natural Hygiene movement which ate Mostly Fruit, and alot of it highly hybridized and seedless, and many of them died early and lost all their Teeth such as its most prominent promoter Tc Fry !
Seedless Fruit is an Abomination upon Nature, its loaded with sugar and very low in Minerals
Humans NEED alot of Greens to balance the Fruit

I’ve been trying to eat healthier for awhile, but now I’m really interested in using the plant life that grows naturally in my climate, although its a cold one. Thank you for being an inspiration, and following your heart. God is the Life.
Dan I know what you are talking about. I’ve been raw for 10. I fluctuate a lot. When on fruit and juice I fly. When I eat heavier I feel the tightness. Its a stony long path we tread.

Why not scale back on nuts and spices, have some in the middle of the day instead, take a multivitamin and have fruit at the end of the day?

i do the same thing at night, i can eat great during day but when night comes i dont know its just hard to control myself.
Hey man….love your vids…I have been where you are with the nuts and seeds and probably avocados, spices, salts, sweeteners like agave, etc…….I would highly recommend you read the 80 10 10 diet….and try that….if you do 80 10 10 for a while you won’t crave any of that junk anymore….and you are right that is exactly the stuff that is holding you back! At least that was what I have found to be the case in my raw journey. It’s all about low fat raw vegan and high or exclusively fruit!
Hi I am assuming you wasn’t brought up raw like us all we ate cooked foods all our life and because we have that past we want satisfaction even if its healthy. Maybe add some greens into those late meals to help counter balance. Best wishes!
Soak your nuts for at least 20 minutes before eating. It makes them more nutritious and easier to digest. I also like how they work better in recipes.

Same thing! I have a green juice or fruit smoothie in the morning. anywhere between 6-7am.. then around 9-10am i have a huge fruit smoothie. 12-1pm green juice, or huge salad… 4-6pm HUGE salad, fruit, nuts, berries, bananas, etc……Yup.
DUDE….im so like you….in the evening i leant towards the spice and fat….
i like vegie pate and stuffed hot peppers….
but all day im good…fruit juicing…ect….
we come from the same substance abuse background….
