I try to drink 8 cups of water a day… and I put a drop of grapefruit oil in every cup. So at best 8 drops a day… but sometimes I haven’t made my goal of 8 cups. =P

Well that would really kick start a diet! There is about 180 drops in a bottle… and I wouldn’t say do it forever… I think it’s good to switch it up… it’s fine to have it in your diet indefinitely… I would just say after about a month or something it would be a good idea to switch it up… with another oil like lemon or fennel… or even just take a 3-4 day break.

Yeah, the essential oil of grapefruit oil is a natural fat dissolver. It’s pretty awesome. But that shouldn’t totally replace exercise, and a healthy diet. =)
