Foods really don&#039;t have anything to do with it. and the meds don&#039;t work to lower it either.</description>

Stir fry the vegetables in a skillet using PAM or substitute spray cooking oil. Simmer and add spices, pepper, garlic or whatever your taste buds like. Pour in about 1/2 cup of Egg Beaters and stir till done. Drop in a slice of wheat toast in the toaster, two if you dare and pour a little honey and Cinnamon, grab a cup of skim milk and sit down and enjoy. Maybe have a few banana slices on the side. Hey I got to go. All of a sudden I have an urge to eat!!! I&#039;m a heart attack survivor and I eat a lot of this kind of stuff, MMMH Good.</description>
