Thanks Shima 4 the food tips. I was snacking on grapes and strawberries while watching lol. I eat salmon like twice a week, take Biotin, and give myself a scalp massage like twice a day with olive oil, and although my hair is a little past bra strap length..its growing even longer. Im going 2 be ordering ur products next month to achieve even more length. I absolutely LOVE ur personality and funny remarks that u make lol…xoxoxoxo

If we did not cause it so much damage…. heat appliances, relaxers, texturizers, a lot of manipulation, tight hair styles, bad products…etc our hair would be just as long or longer as any other woman. Our hair is quite fragile because some people alter the texture (i.e. relaxers) and that causes our hair to weaken….. Check out ladies like Rustic Beauty…. her hair is natural and it is LONG. Hope this helps
